Tiffany Matthews is the Founder and CEO of PACE™ (Patient Advocacy & Caregiver Empowerment), creator of The Caregiver Effect™ & Elnora’s Place™, and a leading voice exploring the intersection of caregiving, work, and healthcare.
Through education, leadership development, media, speaking engagements, and strategic partnerships, Tiffany helps organizations better understand and address the impact of caregiving, work, and healthcare on people, families, and workplaces.
Her work is rooted in a simple but powerful belief:
The future of work cannot be separated from caregiving.
The future of healthcare cannot be separated from families.
Yet many organizations continue to address these realities as separate issues.
Tiffany’s work challenges leaders to see the connections, understand the impact, and take meaningful action to support their people.

Why I Founded PACE
PACE™ was created to help organizations better understand the realities that often remain hidden.
Too often, organizations see symptoms:
- Burnout
- Turnover
- Absenteeism
- Stress
- Disengagement
- Workforce strain
But they don’t always see the underlying factors contributing to those challenges.
PACE helps organizations move beyond awareness and toward understanding.
Through workshops, leadership conversations, media, partnerships, and strategic solutions, we help leaders recognize the connections between caregiving, work, and healthcare and explore practical
ways to support the people behind the work.
