Millions of family caregivers in America have a lot to do. They take on a very noble task, yet many struggle with the cornerstones of caregiving – healthcare and patient care.
Many caregivers are not acknowledged or heard when trying to get care for the care recipient, or the patient.
But how does that help patient care? It doesn’t. So those caregivers are NOT getting the best care for the patient, and it’s not their fault.
Caregivers only want to do their best in caring for their loved one and healthcare is NOT the best.
How can a caregiver get the best healthcare possible on top of everything else they must manage?
I’m here to empower caregivers on their journey with healthcare and patient care with education designed to help caregivers take their rightful place on the healthcare team of the person they care for (and for themselves!).
With so many things on a caregiver’s plate, the load is called “caregiver burden.” My goal is to ease that burden by empowering caregivers to become Powerful Patient Partners®.
What’s a Powerful Patient Partner®?
A person capable of navigating healthcare and its related systems (meaning services connected to healthcare like health insurance, home health care, senior care/aging, long-term care, social services), improving patient care (the patient is usually the care recipient) and managing caregiving responsibilities related to those areas. These are skills that will last a lifetime!

My mission is to empower caregivers to navigate healthcare and its related systems (ones you need to complete the healthcare experience like health insurance, social services, home health care, long-term care, and aging care), improve patient care (for the care recipient) and manage other caregiving duties related to those areas.

Tiffany is a dynamic healthcare advocate and the founder of PACE. She’s determined to support & educate caregivers and improve patient care in the process. Her journey started with her own family, watching her mother struggle to care for her grandmother. This knowledge, and her Gram’s death after a difficult end-of-life healthcare experience, led her to focus on healthcare & patient advocacy, understanding the challenges faced by patients and caregivers every day.
