The inspiration behind PACE began during Tiffany’s experience with her beloved grandmother, Elnora, in her final chapter.
Through that experience, Tiffany witnessed firsthand the challenges families face while navigating healthcare systems, coordinating care, balancing responsibilities, and making difficult decisions during life’s most vulnerable moments.
What began as a personal journey became a professional mission:
