Our Signature Process: From Workshops to Workforce Transformation with Our Caregiver & Patient Friendly™ Pathway
At PACE, we understand that caregiving doesn’t stop when your employees log in to work — and supporting caregivers doesn’t stop at awareness. That’s why we offer the Caregiver & Patient Friendly™ Pathway, a progressive 4-step process designed to meet employers & organizations where they are and grow with them over time.
Whether you’re just getting started or aiming to lead the way in caregiver-friendly policy, PACE delivers the tools, insights, and strategy you need — all rooted in equity, retention, and real-world impact.
PACE delivers workshops-first, then care that lasts. Start with one of our dynamic, expert-led sessions and discover how to truly support your team.
Step 1: High-Impact Workshops
We start with trauma-informed, virtual Lunch & Learns and Evening Workshops designed to give your employees immediate, usable skills for navigating caregiving and healthcare challenges.
These powerful sessions:
Have healthcare, caregiving, health insurance & patient advocacy education designed to improve caregiving & healthcare outcomes
Address burnout, communication with doctors, insurance navigation, and more
Include practical tools, Q&A, and replay access upon request
Delivered every Tuesday and Thursday all summer & fall of 2025!
Step 2: Pilot Program + Workforce Assessment
Organizations ready to deepen their support can launch a 6- or 12-month Pilot Program of Elnora’s Place™: The Powerful Patient Partner® Community, our signature solution for working caregivers.
Each pilot includes:
Access to expert-led virtual events, caregiver education, and peer support
Downloadable tools and healthcare navigation resources
Private online community for caregivers
Workforce Caregiver & Healthcare Needs Assessment with HR reporting
Monthly metrics, quarterly reviews, and full onboarding support
This pilot not only supports employees in the moment — it gives HR the insight needed to drive long-term planning and retention strategies.
Step 3: Full Access to the Community
After a successful pilot, organizations can upgrade to full access to Elnora’s Place™, providing your entire workforce with year-round caregiver and healthcare support.
Full access includes:
Unlimited seats for eligible employees
Ongoing community access, resource expansion, and coaching
First-look access to special events and care-planning tools
Continued reporting, engagement metrics, and HR check-ins
This step ensures your organization becomes a consistent, proactive supporter of caregiver equity — not just during crises, but every day.
Step 4: Certification as a Caregiver & Patient Friendly™ Employer (2026)
Upon demonstrating consistent support, companies may apply for the Caregiver & Patient Friendly™ Certification, launching in 2026. This credential signals your leadership in workforce well-being, acquisition & retention, and DEI innovation.
Employers who reach this tier will be featured in national outreach and recommended by PACE as a best-practice workplace for caregivers and patients alike. This will be a powerful marketing & advertising piece for potential talent and customers.
